Shantha is passionate about social service, always extending a hand for people in need. An active committee member of the Margadarshi Association for the Physically Challenged for the past 35 years. She believes that when there is a will, there will be a way. With integrity and a will to make a difference, Shantha is an inspiration to everybody around her.

Suma Prasad

Founder trustee

A veteran at driving initiatives for societal impact, Suma is the COO and core execution lead of MyLIttleBit and helps in anchoring all projects on the ground, as well as acts as the counselor for students, parents, and teachers. Suma is the recipient of the ‘Women of Valour’ Award in 2021 by Progressive Partnership. Right from her childhood, she has been interested in art and culture. She is a dynamic and enthusiastic entrepreneur and is always hungry for innovative and creative ideas.

Irina Ghose

“At the heart of every person, there’s a desire to be a happy”.

MyLittleBit is an attempt to make the art of philanthropy a simple happiness multiplier. Irina started the foundation to enable underprivileged girls in a range of activities from education excellence to getting jobs. Irina works in Anthropic and she keeps this movement vibrant with a strong network of friends, family and program owners.

Balaji Srinivasan

Founder trustee

Balaji is a Private Equity/Venture capitalist with over 30 years of Investment experience. He is deeply involved in Philanthropic Initiatives towards Education and is a Co Founder of MyLittleBit. He co-founded the “Prema Vidya” education initiative for K-12 kids in 2004 and scaled it to over 1000 kids by 2012, contributing to over 300 kids future education in Tamil Nadu through an innovative sponsorship.

Leela Prabhakar

She is an active member at Suarabhivana, gau-shala (cow shelter) housing the native Indian breed of cows run by a charitable trust ‘Om Prakruthi Dhama’. Since 2010, she is working as an editor for Shri Shakthi Darshana Yogashrama, a monthly spiritual magazine.

L V Mukund

Mukund is also passionate about teaching and assists his father Prof. Vijayaraghavan in running their coaching instutute at Rajajinagar, Bangalore. Hailing from Belakavadi family known for their legendary works in Carnatic Music, Mukund plays Flute.

B R Prasad

Being a counselor for more than 45 years, B R Prasad founded Parichay Foundation for counselling in the year 1989 which is continuing to provide free service to help people with emotional, personal, family and psychological problems. A post graduate diploma in Journalism and counselling, he has more than 2 decades of editing and designing experience. He has won many awards and recognitions and ‘Yoga rathna’, ‘Pioneering Counselling’, and ‘Dharmanothsava’ are a few to mention.

Parthiban Shanmugam

Parthiban works at Bank of America, Charlotte, North Carolina. With his dynamism and intelligence, Parthiban is very supportive in the activities of Sanmitra. The core team appreciates his creative mind in coming up with a beautiful logo for Sanmitra trust.

Poornima Murali Mohan

Poornima is currently working as a part-time educator and has been residing in California,. A gold medalist in MSc, Poornima is an avid reader and interested in literature in Kannada and English. With a mind set to social service, Poornima extended her help in supporting Sanmitra by designing and maintaining the Website for the organization during the initial setup of the Trust.
